We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia.
Express shipping is also available at an additional cost.
Estimated delivery times and Express rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship globally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processes. All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your delivery.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
ST. KOA is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received. If your order is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

6. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather events, or customs inspections. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the carrier.
